Some of my earliest memories are of being in nature, digging for worms & chasing butterflies. I remember as a child I was brought into a metaphysical store, and the memory of being in that place replayed over and over again in my mind. I never quite understood why It felt so special to me.  Since a young age, I've been fascinated with learning about  different cultures and religions; most notably Buddhism, Hinduism, Ancient Egyptian spirituality and Indigenous belief systems all around the world. I took courses to learn more, but it never felt like it was enough- as I needed to explore more than what’s in the textbooks.  I feel as though I have always been a seeker, but I didn’t realize the depth of my interests until later in my life. 

​  While attending therapy I was introduced to meditation and mindfulness. These holistic practices helped me understand the root of my suffering and how it manifested into patterns/behaviors.​

  ​Eventually, I attended my first Reiki session; with my mom, who has traveled alongside me in this healing path. I was astounded by its effects -  I still remember describing it as “pure magic”. Each time I left my appointments, I felt more in touch with myself  and the universe. ​Reiki empowered me to remember who I am and why I am here. After working with this beautiful energy for many years I felt this call to learn how to heal myself through learning level one, heal others with level 2 and teach others with level 3. I proudly became a certified Reiki master in 2021.
