Sitting in a plant-medicine ceremony is a sacred calling, one that arises from deep within the heart. Sometimes it is calling that has been whispered for months or even years, before it is answered. It’s not something we choose lightly - it’s something that chooses us. When the plant spirits call, they invite us into remembrance, healing, and a profound reconnection with our own inner truth. To answer that call is to step onto a path of transformation and deep intention.

Meet your Guides - Bre & Filipa

We are a mother–daughter duo walking this sacred path together, We are plant medicine admirers and advocates, devoted to building deep connections and relationships with their teachings and wisdom. We have sat in countless ceremonies, recognizing the uniqueness of each experience. Just as you would sit with a friend or a mentor, we sit with the plant spirits; they too are deserving of this same love and respect.

Plant medicine has transformed our lives in ways that once seemed unimaginable. We are honored to share our personal experiences and knowledge with you. We have been in your shoes—seeking guidance, looking for someone to build a safe container and hold space. We are deeply grateful to have found authentic teachers and facilitators along our path, and now, we look forward to guiding you through a safe, authentic, and deeply healing journey.

How would you describe the medicine?

Each journey is unique, no matter how many times we sit with the medicine; we ask that you differentiate intention versus expectation. Each ceremony will bring you exactly what you need.

We would like to share what we have experienced + witnessed:

• They remind us of the interconnectedness of all beings (unity consciousness).

Plant Medicine FAQ

How do I prepare?

This medicine is sacred, and so are you! In ancient indigenous traditions all around the world (particularly in South America), a Dieta is essential before sitting with the plants; it purifies and heals the body, mind, and spirit. It involves avoiding foods that don’t honor your body. We will discuss more of this in our 1:1 preparation call!

We also encourage you to sit with yourself and honor how your body is feeling. Whether it be through rest, meditation, dancing, singing, or, most importantly, journaling. We highly recommend sitting with a journal and writing down your thoughts and feelings about working with plant medicine. Do you have an intention? Are you holding an expectation? What do you want the plants to show you? we understand this may not resonate with everyone, but our primary goal is for you to have more time going inward—whatever that looks like for you.

What does the screening process look like?

If you’re interested in working with plant medicine, we ask that you contact me to book a Discovery Call to discuss more information and get to know each other. After this call, you will be sent a screening form about your medical history and any severe trauma. It’s important to stay honest and open so that we are fully aware and can serve you in the best and most supportive possible way.​

How long does Ceremony last?

The plant spirits are active for 5-7 hours. Everyone is different, so some may be more sensitive and experience longer-lasting effects. I ask that you set aside an entire day with little-to-no responsibilities. Even if the ceremony lasts only typically lasts 5 hours, the rest of your day should be free to allow for rest, processing, and integration.

Where will this experience take place?

We are open to serving you in the comfort of your home. We will bring everything needed! Alternatively,  we can discuss other options - if you prefer not to be at home, accommodations are an additional cost. We’ll discuss this during our consult call.

Can there be more than one participant?

We are open to having up to 2 participants in a private sessions- People feel called to sit in ceremony with a partner, friend, or family member. We encourage this, so long as both people are open-minded and ready to receive the experience. Please note, this is a personal calling, and no one should be coerced into working with plant medicine, no matter how much you want them to join.  We ask that you be fully transparent and honest. If multiple people want to participate, each must fill out their own screening form and do their 1:1 session beforehand privately. As a mother-daughter duo, we understand the power of healing with loved ones, but it’s important to remember that it is, most importantly, an individual journey back home to yourself.

Do you offer group ceremonies with others?

We do! Check out our retreats page and sign up for our mailing list to stay up-to-date with our retreats. If you have a group of people you have in mind to have in ceremony, send us email and we can discuss creating a group ceremony.

​What does support look like after my journey?

We firmly believe that an essential part of working with plant medicine is integration. Integration is the process of embodying insights and intentions from the ceremony into daily life. A call will be scheduled anywhere from 2-4 weeks after your session. In this call,  we will lead you into a Reiki-infused guided meditation that calls upon the plant spirits. We’ll discuss messages you received from the medicine during the ceremony and afterward (because more will come through in the following weeks). we will help you follow your intuition to analyze the messages and what they mean, and work with you to incorporate these teachings into your life. As always, if you need to reach out before the call, we are here to support you on your journey.

​​What does payment look like?

First, are you committed to this journey? Have you heard the call from the sacred plant spirits and understood the responsibility that comes with answering it? If so,  we ask that you pay a deposit of $300 once we secure a date for your ceremony. This deposit is non-refundable. The remainder is due on the day of your ceremony.
